Data We Collect and Purpose
When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email, phone number, stay dates and number of guests, solely to manage your booking and communicate about your stay.
Legal Basis
Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for the management of bookings.
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the relationship and up to 5 years afterwards to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics for anonymous statistics and Google Tag Manager. These cookies are only activated if you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit; if you reject it, no analytics cookies are loaded. You can change your choice at any time. No first-party tracking cookies are used.

Data Processors
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 (a database hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, USA), under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Additionally, Web3Forms handles email notification delivery. Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction by writing to info@casitasdemar.com. If you do not receive a response, you may lodge a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Authority).
